Product Questions:Does it matter what kind of wall I put it on?
Yes. FotoClings need clean, smooth, dry walls. Pebbly or rough textured walls are not friendly to FotoClings and will probably not work....so don't try that. It's OK to put your FotoCling over wallpaper but it has to be clean, dry, and smooth. Some coatings applied to wallpaper to improve the ability to clean it can decrease stickiness so check frequently to see if your FotoCling shows signs of peeling off.
What if my FotoCling doesn't stick right?
If you tried to stick your FotoCling anywhere other than on a smooth flat surface or wall, then...you're on your own. FotoClings are designed for clean, dry, flat wall surfaces. If you have a dry, clean, flat wall or surface you want it to stick on....then go for it! If you believe you have received a defective product contact our customer service team at info@clingups.com.
Can I use my FotoCling outdoors?
Your FotoCling was made for use indoors but some have had limited success outdoors. If used outdoors, then again, you're on your own if it becomes damaged or does not work correctly.
